Recipe: Quick and Easy Cup of Miso

Hi People!


This is my favorite warming drink. I drink it in a mug like a cup of tea and it keeps me full and fills me with nutrients. You can use soy miso, but I prefer the chickpea soy free miso that South River Miso Co makes.

1 tablespoon of miso
2 splashes of Coconut Aminos (you can use Braggs or Tamari if you prefer)
A dash of Real Salt, garlic powder, turmeric and cayenne pepper
Warm water (do not boil, you will destroy the enzymes)

Add all ingredients to a mug, fill with warm water, stir well and enjoy!
