Recipe: Raw Vegan Pumpkin Seed Pate

Hi Loves! Today I am sharing a great recipe I created for Pumpkin Seed Pate. You can use it as a dip, stuffed into raw peppers, celery, tomatoes or on top of cucumbers! I love it and I have been making it at least once a week.  

 

Pumpkin Seed Pate (raw, vegan, gluten free, grain free)

1 cup of soaked or sprouted pumpkin seeds
3 sundried tomatoes
3 olives
A splash of Coconut Aminos
A dash of cumin
A dash of dried sage
Salt to taste if desired (I find the aminos and olives give it enough salt for me)


Blend all ingredients in food processor. Add a little water as it mixes if too dry (I usually have to do this). Enjoy any of the ways I have mentioned or in your own creative way!
