Roasted Squash Seeds (vegan, plant-based, gluten free, grain free)
I usually make this recipe if I am using the squash for another recipe. It's a great way to get the most out of the squash and it is kid approved!
Scoop out seeds from acorn, butternut, spaghetti squash or pumpkin.
Coat with coconut oil, Real Salt, turmeric and cumin.
Place on baking sheet in oven and cook until crispy and dark. About 40 min.
We enjoy these while we are waiting for dinner to be finished but they are always great on top of soups or salads.
