In my last post, I shared the news that I'm pregnant so for this post I wanted to give you a little update on how I'm feeling and what I'm eating and doing for exercise.
Right now I'm still very tired, that's about it. The first weeks I was exhausted and I was nauseous. I had the kind of nausea that would only go away when I ate something. So I was eating a lot more often then I'm use too. Now I find it hard to eat enough! With Little A, I had all day nausea that nothing helped. I lived on rice and bland food the first trimester. This time around, I was still able to enjoy smoothies, soups and fruit.
What I'm Craving Right Now:
I've been having issues with dinner because I'm not craving the standards I make for my family. But here is a list of food I'm loving!
Pretty much all citrus
Tahini Dressings and dips
Lemon water with stevia
Smoothies made with cherries and bananas
Rice paper wraps
Raw food in general is just so good right now!
I've been doing Summer Sanders Pregnancy Project. I'm not a huge fan of this. I was doing it more often in the beginning of my pregnancy. Now it's more like once or twice a week. I have been doing Denise Austins on YouTube for free! They have a toning and a cardio I do. Not the best workout (I'm use to P90x style) and I really can't take her voice, haha, but it's 20 minutes and I lower the volume and watch a show while doing it. I can't wait for the weather to get warm so I can start hiking and walking outside again. Also, I'm planning on starting prenatal yoga at a studio soon.
Anything you guys want me to cover on here involving my pregnancy? I am planning on a post on what supplements I'm taking now. I also have a "What I've been eating lately" post coming!
