Weekend Eats: From Seed to Sprout and MORE!

Hi Everyone! I hope you had a lovely weekend. I can't believe Summer is coming to an end, although Autumn is my favorite season, I don't feel like Summer has been long enough. Since last Winter was so brutal, I feel like we need an extra month of Summer. I hope it stays warm at least until October. I am really not ready for jackets and snow! 

 

Anyway, this weekend I went down to the shore to visit family. T had to work and Little A went to the beach with my parents so it was just Baby S and I. Before visiting, we ran to From Seed to Sprout in there newest location in Fair Haven. This is a lot closer to my parents house, so I didn't have to go to far.

 I was in a rush to beat the traffic down the shore, so I didn't eat breakfast, so when I got o From Seed to Sprout, I was starving. I ordered a Sweet Sprout Smoothie which was bananas, mango, ginger, hemp seeds, spirulina and coconut milk. 

 I also had my favorite, their raw pizza with a side of greens. The pizza is amazing and the dressing I could drink with a straw!

 I bought a cashew pudding cup to have later on, but I enjoyed it right after the pizza. Opps! I really was hungry! ;)

 On Sunday, we had errands to run. I picked up these Emmy's Chocolate Chip Macaroons at Marshall's. 

 Since Whole Foods is so close to me now, it's nice to be able to run in and grab a quick lunch while doing errands. I had tofu spring rolls and salad rice paper rolls. 

 For dinner I used up some of our garden veggies and made a quick an easy stir fry: tomatoes, peppers, white eggplant, broccolini all cooked in garlic and olive oil along side we had Millet. Little A LOVES Millet! She gets really excited when I make it. Definitely not your average kid! ;)
