Hey all! Today I'm sharing another yummy pumpkin spice drink that I recently created. After finding out that So Delicious removed carrageenan and titanium dioxide from their coconut milk creamers, I had an idea for a nice, warming, non-coffee drink! This came out so good that Little A enjoyed it as well. Pretty easy to make if you have the ingredients.
The recipe is for one coffee mug.
Pumpkin Spice "Latte" (vegan, gluten free, kid friendly)
One round tablespoon of Dandy Blend (or other coffee substitute, Teechino is another great option)
1 tablespoon (more if you like your "coffee" on the lighter side) French Vanilla So Delicious coconut milk creamer
3/4 tablespoon of coconut oil
Stevia or sweetener of your choice, to taste
One drop of vanilla extract
A nice sprinkle of pumpkin spice
Add all ingredients to cup and pour hot water on top. Add to blender and blend on low until frothy. Enjoy!
