Hi! I hope you had a nice weekend! I am not a big fan of sports, but I do enjoy the halftime show and more importantly, the snacks! So here are the highlights from Superbowl weekend!
Saturday we had two parties, one for Little A's friend and the other for T's cousin. I was prepared with snacks in my purse. ;) These Squarebar's are so good and full of protein.
Dinner was an assortment: arugula, olives, kraut, a Hilary's Veggie Burger, guacamole, baked potato and some roasted chickpeas.
On Sunday, we stocked up on goodies from Whole Foods to have our own Superbowl party. But first, lunch at the salad bar: kale salad, falafel and roasted potatoes.
A few snacks! I love these Jackson's Honest chips because they are only a few ingredients and use coconut oil instead of canola or sunflower.
No "party" would be complete without some bubbly! In my case, Kombucha!
We made BBQ Cauliflower from PlantStrongVegan.com. We also had guac and raw veggies and fajitas!
For dessert, a nibble of this EatingEvolved 100% cacao chocolate bar! I say a nibble because this bar is DAMN strong! ;) That's all I could handle!
