Broccoli, peas, tomatoes, onions with kraut and quinoa.
I've been digging salads lately, especially now that I grow my own sprouts! This one has a Hilary Burger (the new flavors are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G), baked tofu, kraut, sprouts, arugula and olives.
This one has arugula, beets, kraut, a Hilary's Burger, sprouts, olives and avocado.
Lentil and rice Dahl with arugula.
Escarole and Bean soup!
Arugula, tomatoes, mustard, avocado, kraut, Hilary's burger with Miyokos "cheese" melted on top, beets and olives.
Quinoa pasta, broccoli rabe, baked tofu and olives.
