Hi! I hope you had a nice weekend! We've been incredibly busy as usual! I will be happy to have my school time routine back, but for now we are enjoying the last few weeks of Summer!
Last week, we went to an Italian festival near my parents house. We drive down to go every year. Lucky us, there was an empanada stand with vegan gluten free empanadas! These were so good!
We also each had a dairy free fruit smoothie from one of the stands! You can be vegan anywhere!
I am not the ride person in the family, but I didn't mind the small train. I only got slightly nauseous. Haha!
The girls didn't win anything this year! We always leave with a bunch of new stuffed animals between my Dad and T, but not luck this year (and I was secretly happy not to add anymore to our collection).

On Saturday, T, the girls and I hit up The Juice House. This local kombucha was new to me! Yum!
Smoothie bowls for each and Little S takes bites from everyone (mostly from me because that's just Mom life!).
For dinner, I made tempeh fajitas. I have perfected my tempeh recipe so I'll be sharing that soon!
Sunday morning, we were up bright and early! We grabbed breakfast at Whole Foods on the go. I had a green smoothie.
First stop, Profeta Farms, an all organic veggie farm! We went here a few weeks ago as well. The produce is top knotch!
Organic corn is so hard to come by!
After that, we made a few pit stops including Basil Bandwagon Natural Food Store where I had a falafel on a gluten free wrap.
We also came home with a bunch of goodies from there! I can't wait to try everything!
Here is our Farmer's Market haul! Kombucha for me and sourdough bread for the fam.
We are kind of obsessed with shisito peppers. Have you had them? So good!
For dinner we had eggplant "no parm" we used eggplants from our garden, miyokos mozz and chickpea bread crumb. :)
