October School Lunches and Kid Food

Happy November! Happy World Vegan Day! This is Little A’s birthday month! Yay! Here are school lunches and kid food for the month. 

Quinoa and 3 bean chili, chocolate coconut milk, apple and banana sauce, pretzels and lettuce. I also want to add, that Little A brings water every day to school to but I never take a picture of it.

I make the stuffed pepper pumpkins every year for the girls! This year I stuff them with rice, black beans and Beyond Meat Crumbles (recipe a few posts back).

T made vegan nachos one day when we were all home on a rainy Sunday. The girls loved this!
