Happy Spring! We welcomed equinox with a lovely snow storm. Ugh. Well, at least warm weather is on its way! We have been so busy lately! I’ve been trying to make time to blog, but it hasn’t been easy. Also, for anyone who’s been leaving me comments, I am sorry for not responding! I do not get any sort of alert about comments, so the only way I see them, is by visiting my blog and the comments section myself. It’s such a bummer because I so enjoy your comments, but I don’t always see them! If you ever have any questions, feel free to use the email box to send me a message! I’ll definitely reply to that!
Anyway, St. Patrick’s Day was a fun day! Little A made her yearly leprechaun trap and unfortunately didn’t catch him! He is just so tricky!
T brought us home Seed Salads with tempeh from Seed to Sprout to have for lunch before heading to a party.
Before heading to a family party, we stopped at the mall where the girls were very happy to get green balloons!
Little A (and Little S) enjoyed playing with her cousins and eating snacks at the party.
After that, we stopped at Papa Ganache (which was close by), to get some festive goodies. The Irish soda bread was gluten free, vegan, and delicious!
The girls got these festive cupcakes!
I also took home vegan Shepard’s Pie. This was delicious!
The day ended with snuggles on the couch!
I hope you had a lucky St. Patrick’s Day!
