Happy Friday! Today I have another post of what I have been eating lately! So here you go!
This was a snack plate with fresh guacamole, celery and cucumbers.
I soaked some black bean pasta over night (they are still "raw" if soaked because they aren't processed over 118 degrees) and had them for dinner. I added kimchi, avocado and micro greens.
Another snack plate: left over cashew "cheese" stuffed into celery sticks.
Smoothie lunch one afternoon: Chia seeds, bananas, lucuma, green tea powder, he shou wu, maca topped with dried mulberries and Jarrah bee pollen.
I brought this smoothie to the pool one day: Cilantro, banana, green tea powder, Sunwarrior a Vanilla Warrior Blend, spring water, lucuma, maca.
These raw brownies from Jana Sweet are to LIVE for! My hubby got me one and I was in heaven!
These were "high raw" tacos I made for dinner one night: roasted chickpeas (recipe here), cooked peppers and onions, avocado and kimchi on lettuce leaves.
This smootih bowl was lunch one day: bananas, spinach, peaches, Zeolite (for heavy metal detox), mesquite powder, liquid turmeric, Vanilla Warrior Blend, spring water topped with Jarrah Bee Pollen, goji berries, monukka raisins (best raisins ever) and dried purple and white mulberries.
Another delicious dinner: red lentils cooked in vegetable broth and chickpea miso with carrots, celery, Swiss chard, potatoes, turmeric, Coconut Aminos, coconut oil. zucchini. I also add a stick of kombu to help with digestion. I pull it out before serving.
I made raw coleslaw one day with a cashew mayo that I made with blended soaked cashews, Coconut Aminos, salt, pepper, garlic, Nutritional Yeast and lemon juice. I stirred that into some organic broccoli slaw that I got at Whole Foods.
With the leftover coleslaw, I made this yummy dinner one night: yellow squash noodles, avocado and kimchi.
When I heard a local juice bar was now selling Pitaya cups, I had to try! They are so vibrant and really delicious!
These were raw tacos I had for dinner the other night: walnut "meat", peppers, avocado and cashew "cheese" on lettuce leaves. YUM!
This was dinner one night this past week: sprouted lentils cooked with yellow pepper, celery, carrots, potatoes, Swiss chard, garlic and coconut oil. I drizzled lemon juice and organic Sriracha on top.
This was a smoothie I had at the pool (also in a video below): Spinach, mango, bananas, mucuna powder, fruits of the earth, turmeric drops, k2/d drops.
This is a smoothie I had for breakfast one morning: frozen cherries, bananas, spinach, Zeolite, Vanilla Warrior Blend, he shou wu, ashwaganda, astragulas, Cocoa Mojo, Dandy Blend and Gynnostema tea that I brewed the night before.
Another smoothie (a big trend with me right now) ;) This one is in a video below as well: spinach, jackfruit, mango, bananas, Sunwarrior Vanilla Warrior Blend. zeolite, water.
And finally, my all time favorite (like you don't know) Summer food: WATERMELON! A lot of it, all the time.
