What They Ate Wednesday: Sophie Jaffe

Happy Hump Day! :) Today's "What They Ate Wednesday" post is from my beautiful friend Sophie of Philosophie! Her superfood powders are to LIVE for! She is an amazing Mother, yogi and health leader. Here is a day of food she ate.. 



Breakfast: smoothie with coconut water, cacao magic, green dream,  chai, espresso, spinach, kale, coconut butter, handful walnuts, dates and banana. Topped with raw granola and cacao nibs. 



I had two and a half of these - was so hungry! And made one for hubby & baby Leo. 



Snack: watermelon juice with cucumber, spinach, ginger and melon. 


Lunch: HUGE SALAD with lentils, tomatoes, kale, spinach, arugula, sprouts, olive oil and balsamic vinegar! 


Snack: 3-4 brownie truffles with cacao magic, almond flour, our new green dream coconut butter, coconut flakes and maple syrup. Also a bowl of strawberries. 



Dinner: edamame, brown rice, seaweed, sweet potatoes and a garlic-tahini sauce. 


Evening Snack: my new fave ice cream! 

This one and the mint cacao chip are my top choices! 

Sophie Jaffe is a certified Raw Food Nutritionist and Raw Food Chef. She’s a member of the Yoga Alliance as an advanced teacher, and is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer.After managing a raw foods store in Hollywood which specialized in creating group cleanses, she became dissatisfied with the “one size fits all” model of detox regimens and branched off to create her own company, Philosophie, which features a collection of superfood products for use in super-charging every meal, a variety of healthy, healing cleanses and her e-cookbook NOURISH, penned earlier this year.
