My favorite Kale Salad (raw, vegan, gluten free, grain free)
1 bunch of kale
1 good drizzle of olive oil
Half a lemon
1 tbsp Coconut Aminos (or Tamari or Braggs)
Two heaping scoops of fermented kraut
Half an avocado
1 tsp capers
A dash of Real Salt, cumin, turmeric, ground pepper and Nutritional Yeast
5 black olives (oil cured or raw)
1 tsp sesame seeds
Wash kale and chop up removing stems. Place in bowl with olive oil, half a lemon juiced, salt, cumin, turmeric, ground pepper and Nutritional Yeast and Coconut Aminos. Massage well until each leaf is coated. Add kraut, avocado, olives, capers and sesame seeds, stir in and enjoy!
