Now for today's post.. Here are some yummy eat as of lately! 

I love my smoothie bowls! I have one just about daily for lunch. This one was: bananas, figs, Vanilla Warrior Blend, Medicinal Flower Essence Caramel, 4 Eternals Tonic Herbs, topped with Monukka Raisins and Jarrah Bee Pollen. 

Dinner one night: Peppers stuffed with Pumpkin Seed Pate and a little salad of kraut, kimchi and avocado. 

Banana "Milk" as an after dinner treat. Just bananas blended with water and a little cinnamon. 

This salad was arugula, tomatoes, kimchi, kraut and olives. 

I am loving having veggie bowls for dinner now that the weather is getting cooler. This one was 2 yellow potatoes, broccolini, eggplant and little quinoa. 

Another delicious smoothie: bananas, wild blueberries, Four Sigma Foods Shitaake powder, Sunwarrior Vanilla Warrior Blend, Zeolite, Oceans Alive drops, water. Topped with purple and white dried mulberries. 

Kale salad with cashew cream sauce (recipe coming soon), cucumbers, fermented radishes, kimchi and avocado. 

This bowl was: bananas, strawberries, pineapple, Sproutein, Sunwarrior Vanilla Warrior Blend, Zeolite, Four Sigma Foods Cordyceps, topped with Jarrah Bee Pollen, Monukka Raisins, dried figs and dried mulberries. 

Two sweet potatoes stuffed with broccoli and topped with Organic vegan Sriracha and Nutritional Yeast. 

On the weekends I love hitting up Fresh Press Juice Co for Acai bowls!

And their homemade raw granola which is amazzzzzing!

Smoothie bowl again: fresh strawberries, bananas, spinach, chia seeds, Sunwarrior chocolate warrior blend, Four Sigma Foods Chaga, Zeolite, He sho wu. Topped with cacao nibs, Jarrah bee pollen, Monukka raisins, and raw granola from Fresh Press Juice Co. 

Mung bean noodles soaked over night with heirloom tomatoes, avocado, kraut and lots of Coconut Aminos and ground pepper. 

This was lettuce with heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers and avocado, two yellow potatoes with organic vegan sriracha and lima beans cooked in coconut oil. 

This smoothie bowl was: strawberries, bananas, figs, spinach, water, Zeolite and Sunwarrior Vanilla Warrior Blend. Topped with Jarrah Bee Pollen and cacao nibs.

This one had: strawberries, bananas, figs, water, Zeolite, Sunwarrior chocolate warrior blend, Four Sigma Foods reishi. Topped with goji berries, Jarrah Bee Pollen, chia seeds, Fresh Pressed Juice Co. raw granola, cacao nibs.

Bananas, strawberries, pineapple, mango, spinach, zeolite, Sunwarrior chocolate Warrior Blend, Four Sigma Foods shiitake, chia seeds and Camu Camu. Topped with Jarrah bee pollen, cacao nibs, and Living Intentions Raw cereal. 

Bananas, dried figs, spinach, Sunwarrior Chocolate Warrior Blend, Zeolite, Four Sigma Foods shiitake, ashwanga, mucuna. Topped with Jarrah Bee Pollen, dried pineapple and cacao nibs. 

This was a weekend lunch at Whole Foods: roasted potatoes, cold pressed apple ginger juice and rice paper vegetable rolls with a peanut sauce. 

Weekend snack plate with my family: kale chips, Mary's Gone Crackers, celery, peppers and hummus. 

Arugula with tomatoes, two red potatoes, a Hilary's Veggie Burger and grilled eggplant. 

Another Acai Bowl from Fresh Press Juice Co. 

Smoothie bowl AGAIN: Strawberries, bananas, figs, Sunwarrior warrior blend, reishi, spinach, Fruits of The Earth powder, spring water. Topped with Jarrah Bee Pollen, cacao nibs and dried figs.

And finally, a delicious dinner I made the other night: quinoa, kimchi, broccoli steamed with coconut oil, roasted chickpeas and pea sprouts. 


As you can see, I have been eating a lot of food from bowls! LOL! ;) But also, I have been eating all raw until dinner, I am finding my fall/winter raw food balance and this is perfect for me at this time.
