Recipe: Caramel Apple Smoothie Bowl

Happy Friday! Today I bring you a Fall inspired recipe..

Caramel Apple Smoothie Bowl (raw, vegan, gluten free)
1 honey crisp apple (or any variety you like)
4 dates
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup of chia seeds
3 drops of Caramel flavored Medicinal Flower Drops (optional)
Drizzle of raw almond butter
1 cup of water
Stevia optional if you prefer it to be sweeter.
Cut apple into fours and add all except 1/4 to blender along with all other ingredients except almond butter. Blend until smoothie and pour into a bowl. Chop the left over apple into small pieces and add on top of smoothie. Drizzle with almond butter and enjoy!
