What I've Been Eating (hint: lots of soups and smoothie bowls)

Hey Everyone! I hope you had a lovely week! Here are some meals from the past month..

This was dinner one night: acorn squash, red potatoes and green beans all cooked in coconut oil and Real Salt.

Smoothie bowl lunch:  pears, bananas, romaine, dates, water, sprouted pumpkin seed protein. Topped with jarrah bee pollen, cacao nibs, shredded coconut, dried tropical fruit.

This was a very popular dinner in my house: Quinoa Chili (recipe from Pinterest). 

Smoothie breakfast: strawberries, bananas, maca powder, Chocolate Sunwarrior Warrior Blend, vitamin k2/d drops, water, and coconut oil.

Another Pinterest dinner: "Stick to your ribs lentils and rice", I topped it with Sriracha.

Smoothie bowl lunch: mixed berries, bananas, water and dates topped with cacao nibs, jarrah bee pollen and coconut shreds.

This was red lentils with kale, potatoes, celery and carrots.

Another Pinterest dinner thanks to Rikki Heller's site: chickpea tomato potato stew with rice.

I served the left overs the next night with kale added and some water for more of a soup. 

Smoothie bowl lunch: cranberries, apple, banana, Four Sigma Foods Chaga, water, lucuma, Camu-Camu.  Topped with Jarrah bee pollen, cacao nibs and raisins.
