Hi Everyone! I hope you all had a lovely ThanksLiving! We sure did! We have so much to be grateful for this year, as always!
I enjoyed a cranberry/strawberry smoothie topped with raw vegan chocolate chips along side the adorable turkey my daughter made at school.
We had some snow, which didn't make me happy, but whatever, "The cold doesn't bother me anyway!"

This was my plate of plant based/gluten free goodness! We had dinner at my Mother-in-law's house and she eats a gluten free/plant based diet as well so we had lots of options! This was mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes with pineapple, Hilary's stuffing, raw cranberry relish, broccoli casserole (made with Daiya cheese and gluten free crackers), and green beans. My Mother-in-law made all the food besides the cranberries and stuffing which I made and brought.
Dessert was apple crumble, peanut butter cups (recipe from The Kind Life book) and Stevia sweetened coconut milk ice cream (Pomegrante Chip and Butter Pecan).
