Hi there! I discovered something amazing that has been going on for awhile and I'm just now trying! It's a fruity raw version of "cereal". You take any fruit you'd like add some dried fruit, mix in a bowl and top with your plant based milk of choice. I've seen people do all bananas topped with banana milk (just bananas blended with water and a few dates), apples and bananas topped with a nut milk and even dried fruit and different berries. Yum! That's an awesome version of "Fruit Loops" if you ask me!
Here is my simple creation:
Simple Raw Cereal (raw, plant-based, gluten free)
1 bananas sliced
1/2 cup of dried mulberries
Fresh cashew milk
Add everything to a bowl and enjoy! How easy is that! The perfect start to any day. Or as I like it, for lunch! ;)
