Hey all! Today I wanted to share my latest smoothie craving. This is so refreshing and creamy, reminds me of soft serve ice cream! Mmm! In-joy!
Simple Banana Shake (raw, plantbased, kid friendly)
3 frozen bananas
2 cups coconut water (fresh or bottled)
4 pitted dates
1 pinch of vanilla (or vanilla extract)
Half a cup of ice
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and enjoy!
