Recipe: Tahini Kale Chips (raw, plantbased, gluten free, kid friendly)

July 31, 2015

Hi all! I have some prescheduled posts for you, while I am tending to my new baby girl. I will be back as soon as I can, but for now, I am writting a few posts ahead of time. In-joy!

Tahini Kale Chips  (raw, plantbased, gluten free, kid friendly)

This tahini is so creamy! I love Dastony products!

2 bunches of kale (pull leaves off stems)
2 tbsp of raw tahini
1 tbsp olive oil
Pink salt and Garlic powder to taste

After washing and drying kale, place in big bowl and cover with all ingredients. Massage with hands until soft. Place in dehydrator and dehydrate for 24 hours at 105 degrees.*

Little hands can't keep away from the dehydrator

*Note: I like mine extra crispy so I like for them to go a full day in the dehydrator. Also, if you don't have a dehydrator, you can have these cooked in the oven at a low temperature.
