A Tour of Our Nursery

September 4, 2015

Hi Everyone! I wanted to share a fun post for you all today.. A tour of Baby S' nursery! While not much is done in there right now (we co-sleep), she does get changed, dressed and has tummy time in her room. This room was Little A's nursery, so just some decorating changes were done. I was gifted the furniture from my in-law's before Little A was born, so we already had that. I originally wasn't sure if I felt safe co-sleeping back when I had Little A, so we did have a crib set up then as well and I set it up again for when Baby S gets older and wants to nap in there. Right now we use it for tummy time.

Bedding is organic from Land of Nod. The quilt was very important to me because Little A still uses her quilt on top of her bed spread now. Hers was organic butterflies from Pottery Barn and it's just as beautiful. I feel like this is something they will have forever.

The pictures are from Home Goods, the light was there from Little A (a Home Depot purchase) and the closet was a built in that T made.

Little touches like a salt lamp The Raw Food World has them often for at cost and only for $8 each! Every room needs one! ;) Same with a dream catcher, any room with a bed in my house, has one.

The diaper station with Honest Brand Diapers (I like them a lot, and Target has!), Seventh Generation wipes (I also LOVE Water Wipes but they are a little more expensive), Living Libations baby balm, Earth Mama Angel Baby organic products, some Burts Bees Powder, and Honest Brand Lotions.

Another purchase from Land of Nod. I LOVE THIS! Little A has had a growth chart since she was a baby too. It's fun (and sad) to see how much they grow.

Finally, my favorite part of the nursery, we just hung Baby S' placenta print last night. :) My Mom made the top picture with the birds, the 'S' Little A and I made before Baby S arrived, the organic stuffed fruit and veggies were a gift from my aunt, the white frame has Baby S' sonogram picture in it, the lamb my brother and sis-in-law (Baby S' godparents) gave her (and we call her Lamby), the personalized frame was a gift from my uncle along with the elephant that has her name on it and the little booties were handmade from Italy, my uncle bought them for Little A as a newborn and she passed them on to Baby S. Baby S fit them perfectly too!

If you like this post let me know! Once we finish Little A's new room, I can post a tour of that as well!

Have a great day! XO
