HI! I hope you had a lovely cozy weekend! The weather has been so beautiful, I never want Fall to end. We had a birthday party for my friends daughter on Saturday and Sunday was busy running errands. The weekend was filled with yummy eats.. Here they are..
On Friday I found this wellness shot from KOR shots at Whole Foods, thought it would be a good idea to start loading up on stuff like this to keep the flu away (we don't do the flu shot).
Saturday morning I did my Max30 workout and enjoyed this delicious smoothie: bananas, cherries, black strap molasses, water, Oceans Alive and VitaminD/K2 drops.
For lunch I ran into Whole Foods for a nice salad bar mixture of white beans, kale salad and roasted potatoes with herbs.
T wanted to make dinner (YAY!), so he made Little A and I tofu with peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and parsley over brown rice. So good!
On Sunday, I was dreaming about the salad I made at Whole Foods the day before, so I went there and recreated. This time I added some vegan dolmas and a few peppadew peppers.
I also hydrated with this lemon Maple Water. So refreshing!
We stopped into HomeGoods to look for something and I left with some goodies...
And finally, the perfect end to the weekend, a Jana Sweet raw, vegan cookie!
