I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving! Here are the highlights from ours.
I made the cranberry relish. I make this every year, it's pretty easy with just cranberries, maple syrup, oranges, apples and walnuts.
I also brought a vegan gluten free pumpkin pie from Fresh Press Juice Co. Oh my lord, this was amazing! Pumpkin is one of my favorites, so I was very pleased!

Here is my little feast (all vegan and gluten free): mashed potatoes, cranberry relish, broccoli casserole (made with Daiya Cheese), broccoli rabe, Hilary's brand stuffing, sweet potatoes with pineapple, lentils and stuffed mushrooms. Everything was delicious! My Mother-in-law eats vegan, so she does a great job!
There was also an amazing stuffed artichoke!
I squeezed in a slice of pumpkin pie with a scoop of coconut milk ice cream.
My sis-in-law brought a vegan gluten free carrot cake, which was delicious as well, but I only had a taste because I was about to burst!
