Hi! We had a super busy weekend and now I am at the shore with the girls because Little A is on Spring Break this week. Unfortunately, T had to stay home because of work, but we are making the best out of our couple days away. This past weekend was super yummy, so that's what I am sharing today!
Friday started out with a trip to Whole Foods. I grabbed a green smoothie to drink while shopping.
I was excited to see they finally had Ben and Jerry's Dairy Free ice cream. Too bad they only had ones with gluten in them! Little A and T enjoyed this. I think I will try the one that is gluten free if I can find it, but I am not crazy about the ingredients. This is definitely a treat!

For dinner I made Deliciously Ella's Fajita Bowl recipe--This was a hit!
On Saturday, we went to a craft show at the shore. One of the stands I stopped at was Nourished by Nature where they had juices. Little A and I shared a Lavender Lemonade.
After that, we stopped at Deans Market for lunch. I had an Acai Bowl and roasted potatoes.
My Mom got this Roasted Tomato jar. I had to take a picture because it sounded so yummy!
I also left the craft show with a new dream catcher. :)
When we got home, I made a quick dinner of green lentil pasta with peas, onions and tempeh bacon. SO GOOD!
On Sunday, we ran some errands and stopped at Whole Foods for lunch where I had vegan split pea soup, a Maple Water and some roasted veggies.
I got some yummy Enjoy Life gluten free cookies for the weekend that we all enjoyed!
Finally, I made a lentil and bean soup for dinner Sunday night. This came out so good! Let me know if you want the recipe! I'll share soon! XO
