Recipe: Turmeric Latte (vegan, gluten-free)

I know the weather is warm now but I still enjoy a nice tonic a few times a week. Lately I have been using turmeric a lot because of the amazing benefits. Turmeric is anti-inflammatory, is an antioxidant, may prevent cancer and so much more! I made this tonic the other night and it was so comforting! Enjoy!

Turmeric Latte
1 tbsp Dandy Blend (or any instant coffee substitute. You can use real coffee as well)
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp coconut milk
1 packet of stevia
Cinnamon
Heat water and mix with all ingredients in a mug. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until frothy. Pour back into mug and sprinkle more turmeric powder and some cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
