Busy Weekend, Lots of Eats!

Hi! I hope you had a nice weekend! This upcoming Saturday Baby S will be a year old! I seriously can not believe it, and I am still trying to cope! LOL! We are also having her party on that day, so we've been very busy. I have lots of yummy weekend eats to share, I hope you enjoy! 


 We had "Pizza Party Friday Night" (my friend Diana calls it this). I had Daiya gluten free, soy free, veggie supreme which has gluten and soy free "meat" on it. Not bad, but I prefer my homemade pies! 

 Little A has been saving up her money from chores and good behavior for awhile and finally found something she really wanted: a LalaLoopsy oven. So funny that she wanted an oven but she LOVES to cook with me! She even had $20 left over which she was so happy about (she had $50 and it turned out to be $33! YAY!). Anyway, the stuff it came with was filled with gross ingredients. I took care of that by getting her a bunch of vegan ingredients so she could make her own cookies.

 My little chef in action. The cookies turned out very good! She wants to try out "cheese and crackers" next. HAHA! So basically she wants to melt vegan cheese on a cracker. ;)

 Saturday was filled with errands, including Costco. I picked up these premade organic falafels made by Hannahs (vegan and gluten free of course), when we got home we made a few for lunch. I had mine on a bed of lettuce with tahini ranch and kraut. They are very good! T agreed too!

 Sunday Morning, I made a yummy breakfast of a cherry smoothie (bananas, cherries, Barley Grass Juice powder and pecan milk) and an O'Doughs vegan gluten free everything bagel flat with Kite Hill Chive cream cheese. This cream cheese is so amazing! I could eat the whole container in a day! SO GOOD!

 I took the girls to run more party errands and we stopped at Fresh Press Juice Co for lunch. Little A and I both had Acai Bowls. I gave Baby S half of Little A's (just the acai part) and she loved it! 

 Finally, our Sunday night dinner: quinoa pasta with olives, broccoli rabe, chickpeas, tomatoes, baked tofu and Miyokos vegan mozz.
