Hi! I hope you had a nice weekend! I can't believe how fast this Summer is going! Little A will be off to kindergarten in September and I just can't take it! I am so excited for her to start spreading her wings, but also sad that my baby is growing up so fast. I just want to savor this Summer, but the days seem to be flying by! We have been making the most out of each day, having a magical Summer.
On Friday, Little A had her last day of Cheerleading camp, Baby S and I did some shopping at Whole Foods. We shared a green smoothie.
After Little A's show at camp, we went to the park with my sis-in-law and nieces. The girls played and after we walked the lake. These two cousins are so sweet together. Best buddies for life!
When we got home, we were all starving! I made a simple easy quick dinner of Daiya Mac and Cheese and topped it with ground pepper, smoked paprika and tomatoes from our garden.
We checked out the new Food Emporium that opened nearby. I found a lot of vegan goodies that I haven't seen elsewhere. Everything we got, we already tried and pretty much love!

Saturday morning I started off with a workout and a green smoothie by the garden.
After that, we hit up H Mart for the first time. This is a HUGE Asian market with basically EVERYTHING! The place was like a mini-mall! I was completely thrown off by the size and didn't really get to maximize my time there but I left with some frozen durian and a young thai coconut.
When we got home, I made myself a sandwich for lunch on the new gluten free hemp milk bread I got from Food Emporium. I had spinach, garden cucs and tomatoes, kraut and Kite Hill chive cream cheese (this stuff is seriously LIFE! If you haven't had, you are missing out!).
For dinner I made some sprouted organic "fried" rice with broccoli and sprouted tofu.
After dinner we had "game night" where we played the new Oregon Trail board game. T and Little A indulged in some Annie's Organic Cinnamon buns that happen to be vegan (but not gluten free, BOO!). Little A had Barney Butter on top along with a drizzle of icing.
On Sunday, we planned on going peach picking but ended up on a hike on a boarded path.
The weather was perfect.
We like hikes that have boards to walk on, less worry of ticks (although still a worry) and easier to walk with the girls. Plus, I wasn't prepared to hike and had on sandals!
After our hike, I refueled with a smoothie bowl made with durian, bananas, barley grass juice powder and coconut water topped with coconut flakes, Purely Elizabeth Granola, Barney Butter and blueberries.
We finished our Sunday playing outside where I enjoyed a Kombucha!
