Hey! Today I am sharing the recipe for the stuffed mushrooms that I made for Christmas. I got a lot of requests for this and the lasagna (that will be coming soon). So here it is! Enjoy! XO
Stuffed mushrooms (plantbased, gluten free, vegan)
1 package of whole white button mushrooms
1 cup of gluten free bread crumb
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 celery stalks
Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder
Wash and pull the stem from the mushrooms. Set the stem aside. Chop mushroom stem, carrots and celery up small and add to a bowl with the gluten free bread crumbs. Drizzle with olive oil. Add water until the mix is easy to work with and moist. Season to taste. Take each mushroom and fill with mixture. Drizzle the top with olive oil and bake at 350 until the mixture is browned. About 20 minutes.
