April Favorites

April 30, 2018

Hi Loves! I can’t believe “it’s gonna be May!” Also, I hope you get the NSync reference 😂! April was a great month, but still so cold with lots of rain. We were very busy, but still made time for lots of fun. Here are my favorite for the month of April!

This kombucha guys! Omg! I know every seasonal GTs that comes out, I love, but this one is the perfect amount of floral and it is nice and crisp! Like a nice sweet wine!

Daffodils are my favorite thing about Spring!

We went to a local wild earth day festival this past weekend. The gardens there were so gorgeous! (Also, that’s where I got the daffodil picture).

Warm Spring nights are for roasting Dandies in the fire pit.

Big bubbles!

The girls have a blast with this huge bubble maker a neighbor gave us.

Vegan gluten free donuts are hard to resist! T brought these home from Broad St. dough, down near my parents in Ocean.

Little A got s new bike! She wanted mermaid colors! Her “second favorite” color is teal. Pink is her first, obviously!

Little A also went to “Take Your Child to Work Day” with T. He is a contractor.

Earth Day and Earth Day shirts!

Sari Foods sent me this turmeric to try and it is top notch! I’ve been using it for my morning lemon water with cayenne pepper and also to make some delicious turmeric lattes. Turmeric is anti-inflammatory!

Yay for hiking again! We had a hot spell a few weeks ago and we took full advantage.

This book! Omg, if you have daughters, you must get it! Must! Amazing!

This smile!

Soul Bowls, because they are amazing!

Ommate sent me these chai samples and their tea is so fresh, fragrant, and delicious.

Red Mango has dairy free “fro-no”, I know I posted about this last Summer, but with the weather getting warm again, we are looking forward to more trips there. This past weekend we stopped in and I had their caramelized pineapple and blackberry with coconut and almonds. This has only a few ingredients, is made with probiotics and make with fruit purée. I wish I could find the actual ingredients so I could feel better about indulging in it, but for now, it’s a rare treat.

Finally, I am obsessed with this Kings and Queen Chaga tea. This tastes just like iced tea but with healthy benefits, less sugar, and 5 calories! I wish I could find this local. I got it at Dean's Market, near my parent's house.

What did you love in April?
