What I’ve Been Eating

Hi all! Thought you’d enjoy a post with some recent eats since I haven’t done one in awhile! So here it is! 

Ancient Harvest Quinoa pasta with spinach, white beans, sauce, and Violife cheese. Ancient Harvest is the best GF pasta in my opinion!

Kale salads have been in my daily rotation lately! With tomatoes, olives, veggie burgers, kraut, Bubbies pickles. 

Broccoli soup from Fresh Press Juice Co. 

Kale salad with guacamole, baked tofu, baked potato fries, and quinoa. 

Açaí bowls from Soul Bowls. 

Roasted chickpeas and broccoli over quinoa. 

Smoothie bowl. 

Pizza on Cauliflower crusts from Trader Joe’s. 

More kale salads. Hummus in this one. 

Rice noodles with veggies and tofu. 

Ancient Harvest quinoa pasta with broccoli rabe and olives. 

More smoothie bowls!

Oatmeal with stoned ground almond butter, frozen blueberries, cacao nibs, golden raisins.  

Falafel, rice, hummus, salad. 

Vegan s’mores!
