A bowl of Barbara’s Multigrain Spoonful Cereal with Elmhurst Walnut Milk; grapes, and a smoothie made with Chocolate Ripple, spinach, bananas, chia seeds, and Blue-Green Algae.
School Food (snack, juice break, and lunch): peanut butter and wild strawberry jelly on Dave’s Killer Bread; grapes, baby peppers, an Honest Kids Juice, and a Made Good chocolate chip rice square (made with veggies!).
After school: 2 graham crackers before dance class.
Dinner: broccoli rabe, quinoa, white beans.
After dinner: Coconut Milk yogurt with Purely Elizabeth Granola
