What I’ve been Eating

Hi all! Today I am sharing some recent eats with you guys. Who use to follow my old blog "Ginger is The New Pink"? That was way before the days of Instagram and even Facebook and I use to share my food each day! Ah, the good ole days! I actually archived that blog, but sometimes feel like I should keep it open to look back. What do you think?


Anyway, here are my recent yums..

Acai bowls weekly!

Dr. Praeger's veggie burger with all the fixings!

Kale salad with guac, hummus, kraut, a Dr. Praeger's veggie burger, and potato wedges.

Ancient Harvest quinoa chickpea mix with broccoli and tofu.

Another acai bowl because they are life!

Ancient Harvest quinoa pasta with broccoli.

Lentils with kale, tomatoes, and chickpeas.

Delicious salad with tempeh from Nature's Plate in Keyport, NJ.

Another yummy tempeh salad. This one is from Juice Theory, in Long Branch, NJ.

Kale salad with a few Siete Foods ranch chips, a Sunshine Burger, cucumbers, tomatoes, and olives.

More lentils.

More salads (haha, basically the same as usual).

Lentil pasta with sauce and broccoli.

Broccoli rabe, white beans, quinoa.

More salad! LOL! This time I added a baked potato. Yummy!
