Staying Present

You are exactly where you need to be! A reminder I tell myself daily. Staying present is something I have to constantly work on. 


Somethings I do to stay in the present moment:


-When I start worrying about tomorrow, I remind myself that tomorrow is a gift and today is the present. Worrying about tomorrow won’t change the outcome. 


-Stop and breathe. Always take 3 deep breaths when my thoughts overwhelm me. 


-Everything will come in time. Life isn’t a race. I will get to where I want to be, in the right time. 


-Life for today, not tomorrow. Tomorrow I will be older, my kids will be older, remember this day, this moment because I won’t get it back.
